The Person Behind the Practice
A career devoted to mobilising capital across borders.
More than two decades originating and executing the large-ticket, cross-border transactions that fund the world's infrastructure, energy and digital economy.
Biography
From structured finance specialist to global capital connector.
Dushyant Khanna is Co-Chair of iBRICS 2026 and Founder and Managing Director of Panache Capital — an investment bank specialising in large-scale structured financing for real estate, infrastructure and energy assets, with offices in Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia.
His mandates span the full capital structure — senior and mezzanine debt, equity bridge facilities, project finance and shareholder-backed structures — across commercial real estate, logistics, clean energy and digital infrastructure in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
He maintains principal-level relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices and institutional lenders in more than fifteen countries, connecting long-term capital directly with high-quality projects and sponsors — work devoted to mobilising the capital that underpins trade, commerce and growth across the world's major and emerging economies.
The Journey
Two decades in the making.
A path shaped by conviction that capital, matched well, builds nations — from the early years in finance to convening a trillion-dollar summit.
Grounding in global finance
Dushyant began his career in investment banking and structured finance, cutting his teeth on the mechanics of debt, risk and cross-border deal structuring — and developing an early conviction that the right capital, matched to the right project, is what moves economies forward.
Building an execution track record
Over more than twenty years across investment banking, structured finance and strategic investment, he built a practice centred on originating and executing large-ticket, cross-border transactions — spanning senior and mezzanine debt, project finance and equity bridge structures.
Founding Panache Capital
He founded Panache Capital, a Melbourne-headquartered investment bank specialising in large-scale structured financing for real estate, infrastructure and energy — growing it to arrange more than US$10 billion in financing, with offices across Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia.
Principal relationships across 15+ countries
He cultivated principal-level relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices and institutional lenders in more than fifteen countries — becoming a trusted bridge between long-term capital and the sponsors and projects that need it, across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
3 Group & TerraGrid Energy
His platform expanded beyond advisory. As Director and Owner of 3 Group, a global real estate business, and Global Director of TerraGrid Energy — operating in data centres and renewable energy — he moved from financing assets to building and owning them.
Co-Chair, iBRICS New Delhi
Today he serves as Co-Chair of iBRICS 2026 — the landmark New Delhi summit convening sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and family offices managing a combined US$1 trillion, to match sovereign capital directly with bankable infrastructure, energy and digital projects across the BRICS economies.
"My work has always been about one thing — connecting long-term capital directly with the high-quality projects and sponsors that turn it into infrastructure, energy and growth."
— Dushyant Khanna

What Guides the Work
Principles that outlast any single transaction.
Capital with a Purpose
Financing is never an end in itself — it is the means to build the infrastructure, energy and digital assets that economies depend on.
Principal-Level Trust
Relationships built directly with sovereign funds, family offices and institutions — where discretion, judgement and reliability compound over years.
Execution over Noise
Large-ticket, cross-border deals reward those who can structure, price and close — a track record measured in transactions completed, not decks produced.
A Global Vantage Point
Working across four continents brings a rare view of where capital and opportunity are converging — and the conviction to bring them together.
